Currently sorting out the diet and nutrition plan for the next month...

some GREAT news also...  lost 1.3% body fat in the last couple of weeks which is great!

So I have some news.. I have decided that if I can transform my own life and body in 12 months I'm going to make a career path of it. The plan is to not only promote good nutrition and exercise but coaching people on hair styles, clothes etc. that suit your individual body and style. Big mission considering I've been a bit lax on the regime, but over the past couple weeks I have been getting more and more into it. So that's good! The beginning of something awesome

I'm now into the 2nd full week of my newly found exercise and diet routine and am starting to actually enjoy it!

Crazy I know! I just have such an overwhelming sense of satisfaction ATM which hopefully never ends!

I took photos of my self again last week and holy crap it was hideous. I'm going to do weekly photos I think. No showing the worl until some progress is made tho :)

Anyway, early night for the early riser! X

Progress

Okay so I have successfully completed a week of diet and exercise without losing any weight. Grr.

Today I did 4 stretches of running, 4 sets of squats and 4 sets of lunges.

Anyway... Keepin on keepin on. Hopefully I start losing some fat soon.

Today

Today about 400cal burnt all up and taking my new supplement CLA. I have decided to not weigh myself for two weeks and see if that helps. Who knows but I'm tired and bloody impatient!

One day.....
